Shakes and smoothies are so versatile, they are for the most part quick and easy to do and they are packed with protein and vitamins, that is when you know what to put in them. They are also very handy to carry around and take them on the go. They can often replace breakfast and lunch.
I truly prefer smoothies over energy or diet bars.
Here are 3 of my favorite smoothies that I have used to help me lose a few pounds. I typically replace one to two meals a day with a smoothie. It’s a super fast and easy way to curb your appetite and give your body large amounts of raw vitamin enriched food. These smoothies have helped some people lose more than 40 lbs and they will surely help you too!
